So I came back to my campsite last night to find the belongings I left there GONE! It was dark, but I wandered to the neighboring site to ask if they had seen anyone take my stuff. They pointed out a site right behind mine that had an “unsavory” group of people who had set up camp. I (maybe stupidly) marched into their camp and asked if they knew where my stuff was. Lo and behold one of them was sitting in my favorite camp chair!!! Bastards! After a few words, I told them they could have my box of wine 😦 and the blanket but I wanted my chair back!! Done. I slept uneasily and got out of there at dawn. Dang.
