It is a cold day in Chateauneuf. The mistral is cold and strong. We woke up and had a perfect cafe au lait at a cafe/boulangerie around the corner. Our breakfast at Bridgette’s was scheduled for 9 am. Her home and the breakfast were nothing short of beautiful.
At the suggestion of our host, we went to a town called Sorgues. Cute village, but we couldn’t stay long. We had an appointment to taste more wine. In caves. These caves are said to be the pope’s personal caves in the 13th century. There is a tunnel from the cave to the pope’s chateau.
