Lots to tell you today. We woke up on the houseboat. Wow. Sunny. Beautiful. There is not a real shower in the houseboat, but a lovely bathtub. How could I not???

   We went into the walls of Avignon. The city center is inside walls built by the Romans in the 13th or 14th century. There is also much of the city outside of the walls but most of the fun is inside. The palais de papes(palace of the pope), cafe’s, restaurants, shopping etc. is inside. The best people watching ever. I first found a croissant, then coffee. Yum. Yum. Heaven. Oh, and I now love rose’ wine and I accidentally got a tattoo. And then I got a baguette!
