Yaks. In Colorado. What?

I have three rules for this Road Trip.  Rule #1: No Interstates unless absolutely necessary.  Two lane highways whenever possible.  Rule#2:  Camp whenever possible.  Rule #3: No chains.  No chain restaurants.  No chain hotels/motels.

So, Peter says "Drive to Keuka"!  So. Very. Tempting. Keuka Lake is in the Finger Lakes in upstate New York.  It's beautiful, crazy fun with good friends.   The distance however, is 1600 miles and change.  I guess that would defeat the purpose of the road trip, which is to take my time, stop where ever …
