The Funster and I came into town this morning and hung out with a great family from Hutchinson, Kansas. I received a lashing from them and a few locals about my lack of concern about the bears. Okay, I will take better precautions tonight!!! We hung out at Bear Lake for awhile then relaxed at our campsite. It was my first day of no driving. It was wonderful to sit in the quiet of the mountains and read a book all afternoon. There is a live band playing at the Dog Bar tonight, so I thought I’d check it out. Tomorrow I am heading home. I miss my kids. I’ve loved my trip. My car is dirty. I have many more musings that I will share upon my return. Thanks to those who have taken the time to read this blog.
